Upgrading to premium
- Go to the Account page.
- Under Subscription, click Upgrade.
- Choose a monthly or yearly billing cycle (yearly plans offer a discount).
- Enter your payment details via our secure payment provider (Mollie).
- Once payment is confirmed, your plan upgrades immediately. Your next sync will use the premium schedule and limits.
Downgrading or cancelling
- Cancel premium: Click Cancel subscription on the Account page. Your premium features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan.
- Downgrade to free: Equivalent to cancelling. You can re-upgrade at any time.
Payment methods
We use Mollie, which supports major credit cards. Ensure your payment details remain up to date to prevent service interruptions.
