Billing and subscription management
Notion2Gcal offers both free and premium subscription plans. This section explains how to manage your subscription, upgrade or downgrade, and access billing details.
Subscription plans
Free plan
- Sync runs every 2 hours.
- Processes up to 50 tasks per sync.
- Limited to one automation.
- No filtering options.
Premium plan
- Sync runs every 5 minutes.
- Processes virtually unlimited tasks.
- Supports multiple automations.
- Allows filters to refine task syncing.
Upgrading to premium
To upgrade your account:
- Navigate to the Account section.
- Choose a billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
- Click the Upgrade button.
- Complete the payment process.
- Your account is upgraded instantly once payment is received.
Managing your subscription
- Cancelling a subscription: If you cancel, your premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- Downgrading to free: Your account will revert to the free tier after the billing period ends.
- Upgrading again: You can re-subscribe at any time.
Accessing invoices and payment details
- Navigate to the Account section.
- Under Billing details, view your current plan and renewal date.
- Download past invoices for your records.
Payment methods
- Payments are processed through Mollie, supporting various payment options.
- Ensure your payment method is valid to avoid interruptions in service.
Troubleshooting billing issues
If you experience issues with billing:
- Verify that your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.
- Check if the payment was successfully processed in your transaction history.
- If your premium subscription is not activated after payment, contact support at support@notion2gcal.com.
